Refund policy

At Reborn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless you received your item broken.

If you received a broken item, please contact us at reborncc.2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ask you to provide photos of the broken item and to return the item to us at our expense. Once we receive the broken item and confirm the damage, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized orders, or on items marked as final sale.
